Chef Wayne started Schilleci’s Bakery Deli & Catering in Hays Kansas in 1999 were he perfected the #1 Bierock to be mass produced in the Midwest. He soon advanced the bierock fillings to include Breakfast items also. Including cinnamon rolls and praline pecan cinnamon rolls. After getting home sick Chef Wayne moved his businesses to Spring Tx. were folks from all over now crave his delectable baked items. He partnered with his family to create Schilleci’s New Orleans Kitchen in The Woodlands Tx. in 2010. Because of the demand and popularity of the former Spring location Chef Wayne has started offering these items for sell again along with all of his catering favorites.
